Signs Your Viking Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• The gate leans inward at the top and scrapes the ground as it opens. This is almost never the panel. It’s the hinge post losing its footing or a hinge bracket that has cracked at the weld line. The weld fails first, then the lean starts.
• A creaking or popping sound when the gate moves. Metal-on-metal rubbing usually means a hinge bearing is dry or a bracket has shifted. Left alone, the bracket wallows out the bolt hole and the repair doubles in cost.
